Refund policy

We offer a 14 day return policy on all items. You can request this up to 14 days after receiving your item. To do so, please e-mail us at: hi@ssonstudios.com

The product needs to be unworn/unused and returned in its original packaging without damage. You also need to provide us the receipt. Sent parcels should be returned by post. The shipping back is paid by the customer and the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we recommend that you ship the item with tracking possibilities. We wont issue a return for a package that doesn't arrive. We can only pay for the shipping cost if there was a fault in your order. You will get an e-mail once we inspected your item and whether it's approved or not. You well then get refunded.

We do not offer exchanges but ask you to do a return and make a new purchase.
